As with every April gone by, April can be as smooth as silk and or rough as old boots.

I am referring to the thermic air flow.

Top tip avoid ridge soaring in thermic air, make use of the big landing fields at the bottom and avoid top landings.

So thermic air in UK can be hard work to top land, often and not it is easier to make a bottom landing which increases the safety margins by 200 percent !

Uk AirSports 24 hr turn around where would they be without Mark

Uk AirSports 24 hr turn around where would they be without Mark

Mark called me today from http://www.ukairsports.com to tell me the very good news that our Gin Carrera in Medium is coming today !

Mark been under the weather with a stinky head cold — Yet special delivery by Mark was to prepare a box already marked up for Freeflight and as the parcel Force man arrived Mark would swap the glider into the new box and have it turn around on route straight out the door and on route.

No messing and within hours the new glider will arrive here.

Now we just need for the weather to improve and I will get out and make a test flight.
